Can I adjust the hanging height?
Yes. The pendant comes with a standard 59" (150 cm) suspension wire. Your electrician can easily shorten this wire during installation to suit your space. If you require a longer wire for double-height ceilings, please contact our support team prior to ordering.
Are the natural pores and veins in the stone defects?
Not at all. The unique "clouding" and veining are the hallmark of authentic alabaster stone. These geological characteristics are highly prized in architectural lighting and ensure no two units are ever identical.
Is this fixture dimmable?
Yes. By pairing the pendant with dimmable G9 LED bulbs and connecting it to a compatible wall dimmer switch, you can fully control the light intensity to create a romantic or relaxed mood.
How should I clean the alabaster stone?
Alabaster is a soft, porous natural stone. Use only a clean, dry microfiber cloth for dusting. Avoid using water, detergents, or chemical sprays, as they can seep into the stone and cause permanent staining or discoloration.
