Solid alabaster columns, lit from the inside. Each shade of the Column Alabaster Staircase Chandelier is a single piece of natural alabaster with a brass cap — turn it on and the stone itself glows, showing its veining right through the column wall. Choose from 1 to 15 columns, spiraling down a stairwell, foyer, or open stair void.

What is the shade made of?
Each shade is a single column of natural alabaster with a brass cap. The LED sits inside the column, so the stone itself diffuses the light — you see the veining through the wall, and no two columns are alike.
How heavy is it?
The 1-light version weighs 2.6 lb / 1.2 kg. Make sure the ceiling box is rated for the weight of the size you choose.
Which size suits my stairwell?
1 or 3 lights suit an island or landing; 6 lights a single-story foyer; 9 or 12 lights a standard two-story stairwell; and 15 lights a tall stair void. The 9-light is Ø 17.7″ x H 118″ / Dia 45cm x H 300cm.
Can the drop length be customized?
Yes — email info@AoYinLighting.com with your ceiling height and a photo of the space, and we will confirm a column count and cable lengths before building.
Will it work on a sloped ceiling?
The standard canopy is for flat ceilings. A custom canopy can be made for a sloped ceiling — tell us the pitch before ordering.
