What sizes are available, and how much do they weigh?
Two sizes, both 17.7″ (45cm) tall: 6 heads at ∅ 45.3″ (115cm), 3.3 kg / 7.3 lb, and 9 heads at ∅ 57.1″ (145cm), 3.5 kg / 7.7 lb.
Can I adjust the hanging height?
Yes. It comes with a 19.7″ (50 cm) adjustable suspension rod. For a longer drop on high ceilings, contact our support team before ordering.
What bulbs does it use?
G9 bulbs, one per globe: 6 or 9 depending on the size. Warm 3000K G9 LED bulbs give the frosted glass a soft, even glow.
Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?
The standard canopy is designed for flat ceilings. For a sloped ceiling, contact our support team before ordering to check compatible hardware.
How do I clean the frosted glass globes?
Use a soft duster for regular upkeep. For a deeper clean, unscrew the globes carefully and wipe them with a lint-free cloth and mild glass cleaner, then make sure they are completely dry before refitting.
