- Hardwired ceiling installation — professional installation by a licensed electrician is highly recommended.
- Ensure the ceiling junction box and support anchor are rated for the total fixture weight, particularly for larger diameters (∅ 80–120 cm).
- Carefully hang the aluminum chain strands after the frame is secured to ceiling mounts to maintain clean, untangled cascades.
Should I pick the "Short Style" or "Long Style"?
Short Style (H 43–50 cm / 16.9–19.7″) is designed specifically as a semi-flush mount for standard 8 to 9-foot ceilings, granting ample headroom while preserving a lavish aesthetic. Long Style (H 70–100 cm / 27.5–39.3″) creates a breathtaking tiered cascade ideal for high or vaulted ceilings, grand foyers, or centered dramatically over formal dining tables.
What light bulbs are recommended, and can it be dimmed?
The fixture uses standard candelabra-base bulbs: E12 for the United States & Canada and E12 or E14 for Europe, UK & Australia. We recommend Warm White (2700K–3000K) LED filament bulbs for a warm, shimmering glow through the aluminum tassels. The fixture is fully dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a standard TRIAC wall dimmer.
Can the hanging rod length be customized?
Yes. The lamp comes standard with a 19.7″ (50 cm) hanging rod. If your project features double-height or vaulted ceilings and requires additional length, custom extension rods can be supplied upon request before shipment.
How difficult is the chain assembly?
The aluminum chain strands are individually pre-bundled by tier to avoid tangling during transit. After the main Champagne Gold ceiling frame is mounted and wired, simply hook each tier of chains onto their designated ring slots from inside to outside.
