Is this an original designer-brand piece?
No. This is AoYinLight's own design-inspired piece. It faithfully recreates the sculptural aesthetic and signature construction details of the 1950s French design — including the six-sided brass hardware, arm-to-reflector joints, and steel tube lines — and it is made in our own workshop.
What sizes are available?
Two configurations: the 3-head version spans 59" (150 cm) and weighs 11 lbs (5 kg); the 6-head version spans 86.6" (220 cm) and weighs 22 lbs (10 kg). Both are 19.7" (50 cm) in height.
What bulb does it use?
Standard E26 (or E27) base — the most common socket in the US. Compatible with LED or Edison-style bulbs. Bulbs are not included. For the classic mid-century look, warm Edison bulbs (2200–2700K) are recommended.
Does it require hardwiring?
Yes. This is a hardwired ceiling fixture. A licensed electrician is recommended for installation, particularly for the 6-head version given its weight of 22 lbs (10 kg).
What finish options are available?
Both White and Black are available for the body and shade. The hardware is crafted from metal, aluminium, and brass.

What size should I choose for my dining room?+
The 3-head (59″ L) suits tables up to 48″ wide; the 6-head (86.6″ L) fits larger dining rooms and tables 60″+. Both are 19.7″ tall. Choose based on your table width and ceiling height—at least 30″ clearance above the table surface is recommended.
Can I customize the size or finish?+
Yes. Two sizes and two finishes (black, white) are available. For custom dimensions beyond these options, contact AoYinLight's atelier for bespoke made-to-order possibilities tailored to your space.
Does installation require an electrician?+
Yes, hardwired ceiling installation requires a licensed electrician. The 6-head version weighs 22 lbs (10 kg), so ceiling structural reinforcement must be verified before hanging.
How do I clean and maintain this fixture?+
Dust arms and reflectors with a soft, dry cloth. The brass hardware may develop patina over time—this is normal and part of the design's character. Avoid moisture; not suitable for bathrooms or damp locations.
